National Ready mix Concrete Co. owns Comprehensive range of Batching Plants & Equipments from Global reputed companies from Germany & Italy. Each Batching Plant is equipped with State-of-Art computerized and advanced automatic controlled system apart from high capacity. Ice & Chiller Plants for hot weather concreting apart from shaded aggregates sheds & bins. It consist of latest CE2 software which are Computer controlled batching-system from France. They are capable of sensing and weighing material so as to provide highest weight/ batching accuracies for aggregates, cement, cementitious products, water and Chemical admixtures.
We are operating in different areas of UAE like in Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Umm Ramool (Rashidiya), Al Ruwayya (Dubai Al ain road) and Jebel Ali with a large fleet of latest models of 200 transit mixers, 30 mobile pumps, 9 Stationary pumps, 3 Truck mounted Stationery Pumps apart from 33 Placing booms. In addition to this, we have a large fleet of cement tankers and trailers, with a centralized workshop supported by a team of Professional Engineers and Technicians. We have covered important geographical locations to all over UAE to provide supply & service. NRC has a capacity to supply in excess of 150,000 m3 of concrete per month, thus ensuring an adequate supply for all customer requirements.
We have well equipped Comprehensive Lab. testing facilities attached to all the production facilities to maintain best Quality Control of the Products. This is maintained by a team of highly Qualified & experts to ensure a premium product.
Our Batching Plants located in Emirates of Dubai (Umm Ramool, Al Ruwayya (Duabi Al Ain Road) & Jebel Ali) have been approved by Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) under certificate No. CL16020341, CL16020342 and CL16020366. We implement and promotes the Integrated Management System (IMS) in conformance and consistent with the Quality Standard (ISO 9001:2008), Environment Standard (ISO 14001:2004), Occupational Health & Safety Standard (18001:2007), and applicable statutory, legal requirements and customer requirements.
