Raycom Engineering Systems (Middle East) FZE is part of the Raycom Group, Located in Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone. The Raycom Group is a highly diversified Business Enterprise which is evident in its involvement in the various Industries it serves, such as Telecommunications, Energy, Marine Engineering and Infrastructure. Raycom Engineering Systems (Middle East) FZE has been providing services in the Middle East to the Oil & Gas Industry since 2006 by Manufacturing Rubber and Precision Engineering Products as well as Sealing Systems used for upstream applications. The company has two divisions:

1. Seal Manufacturing and Trading

Raycom had developed Sealing Technology for the most demanding upstream applications. Our in-house design and development facility enhances our ability to customize sealing profiles and sealing materials in accordance with the customers requirements. Our production facility enables us to produce seals from 5mm to 720mm diameter using CNC Seal making Machines. The production of these special sized seals is from Semi-Finished Elastomers or Engineered Plastics.

This system allows us to supply you special profile seals in odd dimensions without any tooling. Raycom has readily available raw materials, such as, NBR, HNBR, EPDM,FKM, FFKM, MQ, PU, CR, PTFE, CSM, PEEK, PPS, UHMW, POM and special compounds to suit all the Industries needs.

2. Precision Engineering

Raycom manufactures and supplies Precision Engineered products to major oil field companies through state of the art CNC Machines. We have well trained shop personnel, focusing on customer oriented quality and, in turn, delivering results to our client. Raycom Engineering Systems is API Certified for the following monograms:

• 17D

Raycom Engineering System (Middle East) is situated in a new custom built facility comprising of 28,000 square feet of working space encompassed within a landscaped plot of 66,000 square feet all located in the heart of the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone, Dubai. We have created a new and unique regional manufacturing and distribution center which is specifically designed to service the Middle East and strategically located between Dubai International Airport and Dubai Seaports. Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone has a fully completed network of roads allowing quick and easy access to the major highways.
