SCAL Arabia have opened a world class petroleum laboratory which will provide services, tailor-made for the local demand, developing and utilizing local expertise and industry whilst following the strictest standard in terms of quality, health, safety and environmental.
SCAL Arabia was established in June 2011 motivated by the limited presence of advanced core analysis services in the Middle East region. A team of highly experienced personnel were recruited who between them have a decades of experience in the Middle East region and the core analysis market.
Following an initial facility in Saudi Arabia in 2012, it was decided to expand SCAL Arabia’s activity in the Middle East region by establishing a full scale, state of the art conventional core analysis and special core analysis, advanced studies, EOR and date interpretation core analysis laboratory included.
In addition, combined with the above, for the first time in the region, digital pore scale modelling services will be provided, including core CT scanning.
