The Council also functions as the ADNOC Board of Directors, and is responsible for the business’ strategy and financial performance. Chaired by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, the Council comprises a group of prominent individuals, including ADNOC’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber.
